May 12 of this year is the 7th Day of Protection against and Mitigation of Earthquake Disasters, to commemorate which, a series of thematic activities, including “learning how to mitigate disasters to foster the safety of our campus,” are organized by the school’s Morality Department (the Youth League Commission). The knowledge of earthquake and fire prevention as well as the methods of self-protection and first aid for oneself and others upon arrival of earthquakes/fires are propagated through effective medias such as speeches, campus broadcast, pamphlet on earthquake and the electronic screen.
